Bus Generator
add-on
Procedural buses with live rebuild: 29 presets of city, articulated, electric and trolleybuses, double-deckers, coaches, school buses, heritage buses and jeepneys, with opening doors and lit interiors.
Bus Generator builds detailed, ready-to-render buses and coaches in one click, in real-world meters. Pick one of 29 ready-made buses: low-floor and high-floor city buses, a midibus, articulated and bi-articulated BRT buses, battery-electric, CNG and trolleybuses, closed, tri-axle and open-top double-deckers, a double-deck coach, a touring coach with a tag axle, an intercity coach, a hotel shuttle, a minibus, an airport apron bus, conventional and transit school buses, a prison bus, a party bus, a skoolie camper, a half-cab, a fishbowl and a streamliner from the past, a jeepney, a truck-art bus, a chicken bus and a rural bus.
Then change anything and the bus rebuilds live: length, width, height, sections, decks, floor height, front and rear ends, windscreen, headlights, grille, bumpers, mirrors, window style and bays, door count, type and leaves, roof equipment, interior, livery, route, destination and operator name.
Every bus is modeled to be looked at up close: rounded body corners, panel seams and rivets, rubber window gaskets, real light units with reflectors and lenses, detailed wheels with studs, nuts and dual rear tyres, wheel arch liners and mud flaps, and a full interior with seats, poles, hand straps, a driver's cab and ceiling lights that you can see through the glass. The paint has a clearcoat with orange peel, and dirt, rain streaks and rust are one slider away.
Doors, the school bus stop arm, wheel spin and steering are animated through drivers, so they play back in real time without a rebuild.

- Doors Open and Stop Arm are animatable sliders: Shift+click the open and close buttons to add a keyframe. Drive rolls the wheels and Steer turns the front wheels.
- The closed sections below hold the details: body and size, front and rear, windows and doors, roof, interior, details and decoration, wear and export.
- For game engines set Detail to Low and use Convert to Mesh; the meshes have UVs, the origin on the ground under the middle of the bus and plain Principled BSDF materials.
FAQ
Which Blender versions are supported?
Blender 4.2 and newer. It is tested on Blender 4.2, 4.5 and 5.2 LTS.
Can I use the buses in a game engine?
Yes. Set Detail to Low, then use Convert to Mesh. The meshes have UVs, the origin on the ground and plain Principled BSDF materials with image textures, so they export to FBX and glTF for Unreal, Unity or Godot. Doors and wheels are separate objects.
Are the operators and adverts real?
No. Every operator name, advert and number plate is made up, so you can use the renders in commercial work. Type your own operator, route and destination if you need specific ones.
Can I animate the doors and the wheels?
Yes. Doors Open, Stop Arm, Drive and Steer are animatable and only move the doors, the stop arm and the wheels through drivers, so keyframes play back in real time.
