Sci-Fi Panel Generator
add-on
Create detailed sci-fi panels in Blender with 19 constructions, 8 styles, 7 surface finishes and customizable dimensions. Includes editable geometry, repeatable seed variations and presets.
Detailed sci-fi panels, generated in Blender
Create mechanical panels for spaceships, stations and industrial environments. Choose a construction, set the dimensions and explore repeatable variations with Seed.
19 constructions
Service Hatch, Industrial Deck, Service Spine, Cross Lock, Recessed Portal, Transverse Bridge, Chevron Armor, Twin Cassette, Offset Equipment Bay, Circular Hatch, Ventilation Block, Tri-Lobe Hatch, Radial Hub, Perforated Cassettes, Duct Vent, Pressure Manifold, Flow Distributor, Sensor Array and Cable Trench.
Each construction provides a distinct mechanical layout, with components such as pipes, clamps, fasteners, service covers, ventilation or optical modules.
8 visual styles
Minimal, Industrial, Military, Aerospace, Clean Lab, Heavy Industrial, Cast Armor and Machined. Choose a style directly or explore them through Random.
Adjustable dimensions and variations
Control width, height and backing thickness. Generate square, wide or tall panels, choose construction variants and set symmetry.
Identical settings and Seed reproduce the same design within the same add-on version.
Materials and details
Choose from seven finishes: Graphite, Titanium, Ceramic, Matte Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Painted Steel and Warm Composite.
Adjust surface texture, technical markings, indicator color and brightness. Surface None generates geometry without materials.
Five detail stages range from the main structure to micro details.
Editable parts and presets
Generated parts remain editable Blender objects. Save, import and export presets, or reset to random settings while preserving dimensions and Seed.
Regeneration replaces generated geometry, including manual edits. Keep a separate copy before manually customizing meshes.
Interface in 8 languages
English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese and Japanese.
The language selector is at the bottom of the add-on panel.
Requirements and installation
Requires Blender 5.2 or later. Tested on Windows with Blender 5.2.2 LTS. Other versions and operating systems have not yet been verified.
Install the extension ZIP through Preferences → Add-ons → Install from Disk, then enable it. In the 3D Viewport, press N and open the Sci-Fi Panel tab.
Panel generation works locally without an account or internet connection.
Automatic UV unwrapping, texture baking, LOD generation and game-ready topology optimization are not included.
