Last year's highlights 🔗
The biggest gift, however, is the one you give to us by growing alongside us. Back in 2017 when we founded Blendkit, we couldn’t have even imagined building such a large and beautiful community. There are currently 2.34 million registered users, and new artists from various fields join us every day. Thanks to our amazing 2,767 creators, we officially surpassed 150,000 assets in our library. We are absolutely thrilled to log 7.15 million downloads per month. Remarkable, isn’t it? Just think of all the incredible 3D work created with Blendkit!
The year 2026 started with a bang, as we renamed our library Blendkit. Many awesome things followed, so let’s have a look at all the highlights!
Support open-source 🔗
From every paid subscription, we pool funds to support open-source development. Our wonderful Full Plan users enabled us to fulfill one of our main goals: giving back to the open-source projects that serve as the wind beneath our wings. We sent $84,433 to our beloved Blender, $5,500 to Django and $4,500 to Python. Hurrah!

Blendkit at BCON 🔗
Blendkit co-founder Vilém Duha gave a talk at BCON26, discussing a new type of subdivision surface modeling. For our Czech-Slovak community, we also co-organized a conference in Prague covering Blender in game development, architecture, art, VFX, 3D printing, and programming.
