Render Delivery Inspector

Check explicit rendered-frame deliveries for missing, corrupt, wrong-sized or nonfinite images, then export a diagnostic repair list and offline contact sheet.

Multiple named frame streams, native PNG/EXR image decoding, missing/corrupt/wrong-size/nonfinite/duplicate detection, file hashes and frame ranges, contact sheets, explicit repair CSV and escaped offline reports.

Twelve actual small Cycles beauty frames and four original scalar EXR fixtures. Beauty frame 4 is absent, frame 7 has a checksum error, frame 9 has wrong dimensions, and frame 11 duplicates frame 1. EXR files are scalar test fixtures, not rendered depth passes. Their directory name is illustrative.

Verified on Windows x64, Blender 4.5.15 LTS and 5.2.3 LTS. Other operating systems and versions have not been independently tested. No external Python, pip installation, activation or network account is required.

Scope and limits
Up to 64 streams. Default 5,000 expected frames; maximum 20,000. Default 20 decoded megapixels per image; maximum 64, with 16,384 maximum dimension. Input PNG / flat scanline EXR only; deep, tiled, multipart and multilayer EXR remain unverified. Directory enumeration stops at 100,000 entries. Work-limit or cancelled runs are incomplete.

Contact sheets
Default maximum 48 previews; configurable 0–120. PNG and EXR previews are navigation aids. EXR previews use a simple Reinhard/gamma mapping, not a certified display transform or exposure/color check. No claim is made that all render passes or compositing data are verified.

Save a backup and review outputs. Reports and project snapshots can contain private paths/data; inspect them before sharing. No universal compatibility, speed, artistic correctness, independent quality rating or sales outcome is claimed.
