An awesome node-group which generates a 2D lightning strand which gradually dissapates into nothing. There are parameters which you can use to control the length, width, timings, distortion, dissapation and look. This effect can mostly be used in anime scenes and other 2D scenes (not limited though). Just hook it up as a modifier and enjoy.
