Which Blender versions? This download supplies Core Utilities 1.4.5 in Blender extension format. Its manifest requires Blender 4.2 or newer. The source product also supports a separate legacy installation workflow.
Is this in Ultimate Utilities? Yes. Enable only one copy. Fast Export and Export Checker are separate tools. Core Utilities runs offline without external applications.
