18th Century Ship's Anchor
Get this modelA typical ship's anchor used by the British Royal Navy in the mid 18th century. It has a wooden stock (made of two parts) running at 90 degrees to the iron arms. Suitable for a 2-masted schooner, small barque, or other similarly sized vessels.
Historical note: For aesthetic reasons, this model comes textured with raw wood and iron, but anchors were typically coated with a black paint to protect them from corrosion. A second version of the material is included that reflects this option.
